Workshop on “Fundamentals of European Criminal Law”
On 25th 26th of September, The Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal law hosted a workshop on “Fundamentals of European Criminal Law” for BA, MA and PhD law students.
The following issues were discussed: Material and procedural legal issues, current case-law decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and significant aspects of the Georgian criminal Law.
Guest speaker was UG Law School Professor Mr. Bachana Jishkariani.
